The 56th Melrose Incarnation Baseball League season kicks off on Monday April 22nd with game action on all three of our fields.  We have a new logo, some new signs and - what's the hole in the ground out where the scoreboard used to be?  This year's season promises to be incredibly competitive and full of surprises that fans of all ages will love.  While the game action on Monday should be a lot of fun, we have a number of activities planned for this Friday - April 26th. 

Here's the schedule of events for this week's activities:

Monday April 22nd - Games get underway with the Nationals playing the Brewers on Field 1, the Dodgers squaring off against the Pirates on Field 2 and the Twins and Marlins battling on Field 3.  All games start at 5:45 and the Hut opens at 5:30.

Friday April 26th - Our first Friday night of the year and our real Opening Day celebration features more than just the action on the field.  Glenn Blackburn from Mothership of All Design will be on hand where you can pick up the latest "Inc gear" with our brand new logo and some special Opening Day gear.  We will have pizza, hot chocolate and cookies and don't forget the action on the field - the A's take on the Nationals in a rematch of last year's Majors Championship, the D-Backs take on the Pirates in Minors and the Phillies take on the Marlins on Field Three.  Get there early to make sure you get a good seat for a fun night at the ball field - almost a mini-Super Saturday.

Finally on Saturday we finish off the week with a full slate of games starting at 9 am with Farm League on Field 3, Coach Pitch and Minors on Field 2 and Majors on Field 3.
